I've been wanting to post this for a while but since it's not a very positive message I've postponed it every time.
It seems that in the transition from the old tracker to the new keying-tracker we lost some accounts.
I'm not sure under what criteria the accounts were lost but I do know ratio is not one of them.
I'll see if I can find a backup of the database to remake some of the accounts but don't count on it.
There isn't much I can do right now for the people who lost their accounts, just make a new one and start fresh.

On a more positive note though I'm working on a bonus system to revive unhealthy torrents, more details will follow.

The warning criteria have been made more lenient.
I will slowly try to get them to a satisfying level.
Right now the average amount to seed to get rid of the warning is 5.68 GB, that should be fair enough.

I have re-enabled the (auto-)warning system

First of all, if you keep your ratio near or above 1.0 you will not get warned.
We look at two criteria:
1) overall ratio
2) overall 'deficit' (download - upload)
If either of those values are too low or too high respectively you will not be able to download.
You will still be able to upload to improve your ratio etc.
If your account has been (auto-)warned it will remain warned for at least 1 week, after 1 week it is reinspected and if everything is fine the warning is lifted.
If there are any problems regarding the warning system please contact me or post in this thread.

Mail should now arrive within seconds rather than hours
The number of 'pending' users has decreased, which is good.
The number of 'confirmed' users has increased, which is good.
The number of Powers Users is slowly decreasing, which is not so good.
If you are a Power User you'll get all kinds of cool features, so get those ratios up!

I've made some minor changes.
The keywords page now uses colours to quantify the 'quality' of a keyword by looking at how often it is used.
I've changed the flag icon set to a set with more icons (247 now, was ~100). Some countries have been renamed (North Korea -> Korea North, United Kingdom -> Great Brittain etc.) to adhere to the ISO 3166-1alpha-2 standard.
Yugoslavia and USSR are still choosable but don't have a flag icon because they're not part of the standard it seems .. blame world politics.
I'll also be changing some of the links to make them more informative and search-engine friendly (eg. bxt.com/details/12345/Naruto.html instead of bxt.com/details.php?id=12345)
